At the event was present General-Major Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoun al-Nahyan, the deputy of the head of the Armed Forces of the UAE, along with several high-ranking officers and officials. His Highness's visit to the educational center during the holy month of Ramadan was aimed at strengthening the spirit of national unity and enhancing the renewed sense of belonging and responsibility among the youth of the nation.

Sheikh Hamdan highly appreciated the level of discipline and dedication demonstrated by the recruits, underscoring that the national service is a cornerstone of the criminal stronghold of the national system, instilling in the youth the value of loyalty, belonging, and self-assertion, embodied by the Armed Forces of the UAE.

"Their patriotic spirit secures our achievements in the Union, ensuring that the flag of the UAE flies with pride," he said. Upon the completion of the event, Sheikh Hamdan wished the young recruits success in fulfilling their obligations under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

"We are proud of our heritage, discipline, and dedication to the national cause," he noted. He also emphasized the attachment, purposefulness, and perseverance displayed by the young recruits during their service in the national service, noting that they represent the future of the nation and its strong shield.

Sheikh expressed: "The recruits embody the spirit of the nation's service and the skills and experiences they gain during training contribute to the preparedness of the nation, enabling it to face challenges and actively stimulate the nation's drive for greater progress and stability."

His Highness emphasized that national service is not just an obligation but also a great honor and responsibility, requiring unwavering selfless dedication and readiness to put everything valued in the name of the nation. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the UAE, broke the fast with the recruits of the national service at the Abu Dhabi Training Center today.
